Appointments

You may make an appointment buy contacting our office by phone or email. We always seek to facilitate the needs of our loyal patients and welcome new patients seeking care. Follow-up appointments are also made as you leave the office.

As a courtesy we notify our patients with reminders at least 24 hours in advance of their appointments. We use email, texting and phone call reminders.

Financial Matters

We will gladly submit your insurance claims for you and help you maximize your benefits. We work with our patients to help them obtain the treatment they need. For major work, we will provide a complete treatment plan and payment schedule. In the office we accept payment by check, cash or major credit card.

We offer a 10% senior citizen discounts.

We offer Care Credit, a medical credit card. Most patients are approved for 12 months at 0% interest for services that exceed $300. The amounts approved vary from individual to individual.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes it is impossible to keep an appointment and ask that you attempt to provide us with at least 24 hours advanced notice, so that another patient may be able to take advantage of your time slot.
